AllCore360 Privacy Policy

Oct 21, 2026

1. Introduction and Information We Collect

This Privacy Policy explains how AllCore360 Americas, Inc. and its affiliates ("AllCore360," "we," "us" or "our") collect, use, and protect your information when you use allcore360.com or any AllCore360 mobile application (the "Services"). It is effective October 21, 2026.

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: your name, email address, and login credentials, if you create an account.
  • Ride data: the angle, number of spins, and direction recorded during your rides.
  • Height and weight: body measurements you enter, which are encrypted end to end.

We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or information about health conditions.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Create and manage your account and provide the Services.
  • Show you your ride data and deliver and improve AllCore360 devices and the Services.
  • Conduct research and design work and report on system performance, using de-identified or aggregated data.
  • Respond to your questions and send service messages.
  • Send news, offers, and discounts, only if you opt in. You can opt out at any time.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and fix technical problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers: vendors that host data, send email, provide analytics, or support the app, under contracts that limit how they use your information.
  • Affiliates: companies under common ownership with AllCore360 Americas, Inc.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of participants, AllCore360, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.

We may share de-identified or aggregated data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Ride Data, Height, and Weight

Our devices and app record only what is needed to show your ride: the angle, number of spins, and direction. We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, or information about health conditions.

Because height and weight are body measurements, some app stores and state laws treat them as sensitive. We encrypt them end to end and use them only to operate the Services.

5. Cookies, Data Retention, and Security

Cookies. The website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how the Services are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. The app may use similar device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.

Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify the information.

Security. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including end-to-end encryption of height and weight and access controls, to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Your Privacy Rights and Children's Privacy

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and share, and get a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your information, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell it.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
  • Withdraw consent you previously gave.
  • Not be treated unfavorably for exercising these rights.

This includes residents of California, other U.S. states with privacy laws, and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, where you may also object to or restrict processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 7. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Children's privacy. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without verifiable parental consent. A parent or legal guardian provides information for any participant under 18. If you believe a child has given us information without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to This Policy and Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where the law requires, notify you by email or in the app before material changes take effect.
