Revolutionizing Core Therapy and Fitness™

Our patent-pending technology trains all of the body’s core muscles in a three-dimensional, balanced, and coordinated fashion. The obvious measurable results and fully-integrated system keeps patients in therapy and athletes in training so they can reach their potential.  We train your entire core in ten minutes, three times a week without users having to change out of their street clothes.

Our Core has three-dimensional depth and functional movement in all three planes of motion.

Many of the muscles are hidden beneath the exterior musculature people typically train.

Why is AllCore360° Different?

Your core is central to your physical health.  Research states that if there is a 5% difference in the strength of the core from front to back, or from side to side, there is a 50% chance of injury or re-injury.  We not only strengthen, but balance your core with our 360 degree technology.  Best of all? It is zero impact to keep your joints from being stressed.

Isometric, not Isotonic

You don't have to go to the gym or even break a sweat to train your core!  With the AllCore360° System, you are able to get an effective and comprehensive core workout without the risk of injury or re-injury from over exertion. Current research has proven that isometric contractions (holding a sustained position for exercise) has superior results over traditional movement based exercises.

Low Time Commitment

With AllCore360° you are able to get a complete and comprehensive core workout in only 10 minutes and quickly get back to the other challenges your day may bring. Your workout is finished in the amount of time it would take you to change your clothes to go to the gym!

Other Services We Offer

Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

Neuromuscular therapy (NMT) is an approach to soft tissue manual therapy in which pressure is applied to soft tissue to stimulate the muscle and myofacial trigger points. Through applied knowledge of trigger points, NMT practitioners can help balance the central nervous system, address postural distortion, biochemical dysfunction, nerve compression, and ischemia by effectively addressing your musculoskeletal system. Often used to alleviate stress and aid relaxation, massage is also effective in relieving pain and facilitating healing from injury. It's part of many cancer care programs and also used for premature babies, infants, young children and older people.

Evidence from patient reports, research and sports medicine specialists is extremely strong for therapeutic and clinical benefits of massage, especially in treating soft tissue injuries and improving muscle performance. Biochemically, massage of the skin and underlying tissue increases circulation of blood and lymph fluids, which may increase oxygenation of tissues and aid the removal of waste products. By stimulating skin receptors and the nervous system triggering the release of endorphins, NMT may help people relax as well as potentially reduce or block pain signals.

Myofascial Release.jpg

Myofascial Release

Fascia is the 3-dimensional connective tissue web in the body extending from head to toe without interruption. All muscles, organs, bones, and skin are held by it - nerves, veins, and arteries are held by it - all of the are interwoven, encased, and supported together by an encompassing fascial network.

When the fascial system is healthy, all other systems in the body are free to move and function according to their design. It is movable, extremely strong, and very flexible. However, when restricted by scar tissue, trauma, repetitive stress, and overuse, it will become thick and tough. This thickening then binds the tissue together to form a restrictions throughout the fascia, and pulling together with it all of the other body systems it supports. Muscles, nerves, bones, and organs are affected by this binding down to the cellular level. The network of fascia has the ability to put 2,000 lbs of pressure per square inch in an area of restriction, thus causing pain, dysfunction, and mobility.

Myofascial release addresses these restrictions in the fascial network. This technique uses gentle, sustained pressure into the restrictions found, releasing layer upon layer of adhesions and tension. This allows for greater range of motion and the freeing up of tissue space, decreasing pain and dysfunction.

Treatment consists of an entire body evaluation of posture, range of motion, trauma history, and a hands-on assessment of soft tissue tension; the result is an individualize plan to maximize our clients benefit.

Whether you are an athlete in search of bigger goals and that next PR, or you just want to feel better about yourself, your nutrition is one of, if not the, most important factor in getting you to your "height of life". Believe it or not, if weight loss is your goal, diet is even more influential than exercise in reaching your short-term weight goals and maintaining it for the long-term.

We review your current diet and exercise regiment, athletic background, and health beliefs, and together build a sustainable, beneficial plan of attack the help you reach your goals.
